  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Response to DMCA Complaints

Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint, we will:

  • Review the notification for accuracy and completeness.
  • Take prompt action to remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material that the content has been removed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongfully removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Please provide the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location prior to removal.
  2. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party or an agent thereof.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.
